To join, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • Hold a valid Category B driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience 
  • Possess a valid ATD taxi driver card 
  • Have a Latvian language certificate at B1 level

No. The "Work with Fleet" path is designed specifically for drivers who want to use a company-provided vehicle. We handle all costs including insurance, maintenance, and charging.
Our fleet consists of modern Tesla Model 3 vehicles.
Your shift will begin and end at a designated charging station in Riga, where the cars are located. At the start of your shift, you’ll pick up the car from this station, and at the end, you’ll return it there and leave it charging for the next driver. As we continue onboarding more drivers, additional charging stations will be introduced.
Cars are located at designated charging stations and must be picked up and returned there. You are responsible for getting to and from the car on your own.

You can choose: 

  • Day shifts 
  • Evening shifts 
  • Night shifts 
  • Mixed shifts
Once you are onboarded and your employment agreement is signed, you will receive your evodrive.lv login credentials. Log in to evodrive.lv and: - check available dates and times - choose the shifts that suit you You manage your schedule independently.
A typical shift is 8–10 hours, with around ~250 km driven. You should start looking for a charging station when the battery reaches ~10%.

You can use any of the following charging networks: 

  • Enefit 
  • Ignitis 
  • Eleport 
  • Electrum Drive 
  • Virši charging station 

A company card for payment at these charging stations is provided and available in the vehicle.

Use the PlugShare app on iOS or Android to locate nearby charging stations.

In case of damage where you are at fault, your liability is up to €700.
You work under an employment contract, and payments include salary, paid leave, and other standard benefits according to Latvian regulations.
Earnings are calculated as 35% gross of total revenue (including Bolt fees). This includes: - Tesla car - car charging - car maintenance On average, this results in approximately €7–10 gross per hour.
Yes, support is available via a Telegram chat. You will be added to the chat once your employment agreement is signed.

You rent a taxi-licensed vehicle on a weekly basis. This gives you full independence to work on platforms like Bolt or Forus whenever you want. Maintenance and OCTA are included in the weekly price.

We provide everything you need for work:

  •  A fully prepared Tesla vehicle 
  •  OCTA insurance 
  •  Maintenance and servicing 
  •  Season-appropriate tires 
  •  Technical inspection and other car-related matters 

You can focus solely on your work and earnings.

To start cooperation, you need:

  •  SIA, IK, or self-employed status 
  •  A valid ATD license for passenger transportation

You can apply for the ATD license on the Road Transport Administration (ATD) website, in the section “Services” → “Registration of a passenger commercial transport driver (taxi / vehicle)”.

A EUR 200 security deposit is required before the start of the rental. The deposit is refundable at the end of the rental period, provided all terms of the agreement are met. All terms and responsibilities are clearly defined in the agreement, with no hidden costs.

Your responsibilities as a taxi driver partner are:

  •  Responsible and safe use of the vehicle 
  •  Working in compliance with applicable regulations 
  •  Timely payment of the rental fee

The car is intended for passenger commercial transportation only.

For fleet drivers, payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week's work. Rental drivers keep all their earnings from platforms and only pay the fixed weekly rental fee.
Our listed prices for rentals usually include VAT. For fleet employment, we provide official contracts and handle all necessary social tax contributions.
